Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

Be in its original condition;
Be unused and undamaged;
Be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain the return address.

After receiving the return address, please:

Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging.
Include your order number or proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is requested due to the customer's personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier service selected.
If the return is caused by our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable goods
Underwear
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Digital products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned according to this Return & Refund Policy.
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after purchase.
